Management Overview:

infoYOGIS Technologies is a limited liability company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Govt. of India.

infoYOGIS is incorporated and located at Bangalore, India.

The office consists of about 2500 Sq. Ft. spread over 2 portions in the same building. All our Executives, Managers and Admins work from this place.

The office is well connected with public transport system in the city and is easily accessible by cars and buses.

The office will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Employees' working hours are flexible and the project team members are not glued to their seats for 8 hours continuously. They choose their working hours and the Managers make sure that all the tasks are completed on time.

The administrative and accounting departments also operate from the same premises.

Raam Anand is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, assisted by Ms. Poornima, Director.

Facilities:

We have a team of 35 Executives and 7 Business Support Managers on permanent employment. Each executive will be working on a P4 Dual-Core PC with 1GB of memory.

We have a redundant 2 MBPS Broadband Internet connectivity. As a backup, we also have another 'standby' internet connectivity from a different ISP.

Other resources include a conference room, UPS, air-conditioners, telephones, fax, Copier and a Laser printer. We work in cozy atmosphere on the 2nd floor of a leased commercial office building of about 2500 sq. ft.
 

Teams:

Each and every team member (executive) goes through 3 online tests before they are hired as trainees.

Upon completion of a 1-week orientation course, every trainee will have to undergo a rigorous 10-week training module, where he/she learns over 40 different skills required to perform their work effectively.

Before they are made a part of the team, each new recruit has to pass one oral exam, 2 written tests and 2 practical tests. Only those that score above 80% are offered a position in the team.

Each team, typically consists of 5 executives. Every team is assigned to a Manager and all managers report to the Administrator.
