Explain The Order Process & How This Works?

Step 1: The ordering processing is simple. Just click the appropriate Order Button to make your payment over a secure payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and it is 100% safe to order.

Step 2: After payment, you will be redirected to the Registration Page where we collect all the information required to start your project. If you DO NOT have all the information ready, you can choose to download a PDF document, fill the form offline and then send it to us. Alternatively, you can also send your information by emailing our support department within 2 days of your order.

Step 3: Within 2 business days, your account will be activated and your project will be started. You'll receive your first email.

There's no software to install or scripts to setup from your side. Upon completion of every milestone, you will receive an update from the Manager by email. If any other information is required during the course of the project, it will be collected by email.

Upon completion of all the 'tasks' you will also receive a FULL report. The detailed report will provide you with complete information of your project, including verifiable links, URLs, content etc.

What Exactly Am I Getting Here?

Will I Have To Employ Anyone?

No. There are absolutely no employment hassles for you. All the executives, managers and admin are on OUR payroll and you don't have to bother about any employment issues at all. We have "trained" our employees to handle your work and this is the "service" we are offering you -- our client.

Are The Any Supervisors?

Yes. For every 5 executives, there's 1 Business Support Manager. The Manager supervises and moderates all the activities. All managers will in turn, report to the Administrator. Remember, this is a 'group-effort' and 'team-work' rather than one-person juggling everything.

Are My Details Safe With Your Executives?

Absolutely. Your information will never be sold, rented or leased to anyone. Each and every staff member is bound by a legal and enforceable "confidentiality" and "non-disclosure" agreement.

Further, whatever information that you make available on your website is all that the team members will know. Your registration email, payment details etc. are not revealed to anyone. So, there's absolutely no need to worry anything about confidentiality or security.

All the team members are full-time employees of the Company and everyone works under the supervision of capable managers and administrators. In order to enhance security, tele-commuting (work-from-home) is NOT allowed and all the employees HAVE to work from our office premises ONLY.

What Kind of Setup Are You Having?

At the moment, we have a team of 35 Executives and 7 Managers on permanent employment. Each team member will be working on a P4 Dual-Core PC with 1GB of memory. We have a redundant 2 MBPS Broadband Internet connectivity. Other resources include a conference room, UPS, air-conditioners, telephones, fax, Copier and a Laser printer. We work in cozy atmosphere on the 2nd floor of a leased commercial office building of about 2500 sq. ft.

Where Are The Executives Located and How They Work?

All the Executives are our FULL-TIME employees, working from a leased premises at Bangalore, INDIA.

Each executive starts his/her work by logging into their control panel, that shows the status of the project.

The "status" of each "task" assigned will be updated often to keep the project details current.

The Managers supervise and oversee each and every 'task' assigned to team members.

All of us work from Mon to Fri, 9 am to 6 pm.

During weekends, employees usually come to office to finish any pending work or undertake additional training sessions.

Are There Any Precautions?

Please rest assured that your information will be kept confidential. All our employees have signed non-disclosure, non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

However, for security reasons, it is strongly suggested that you DO NOT to reveal your personal or financial information to anyone. Please take care NOT to divulge your PayPal passwords, bank account details, credit card numbers etc. to anyone.

Always remember, we DO NOT ask for your passwords, bank account details, private information, credit card numbers etc. They are not required for our projects. We may only ask you to provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and contact email. Additionally, you may also provide your photograph.
